For Third Party Quality Assurance (TPQA), our independent engineering audits cover Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), concrete and steel lab testing, measurement book (MB) verification, contractor billing scrutiny, and defect remediation logs.

How do you integrate Green Building sustainability and modern BIM technology?

We design campus master plans and institutional blocks compliant with GRIHA and IGBC Green Building standards, optimizing natural daylight, rainwater harvesting, solar power integration, and energy-efficient HVAC systems. We leverage Autodesk Revit for multidisciplinary BIM modeling (LOD 200–500) and Navisworks for clash resolution prior to construction.
